What we do

We are manufacturer trained and have years of experience of the boilers we sell. Not all biomass boilers are the same, and during our time we have revised our product ranges to give one of the most comprehensive of portfolios on the market today.

Biomass in the UK

In comparison with many of our European neighbours, Biomass in the UK is still relatively undeveloped. The MCS (Microgeneration Certification Scheme) and the RHI (Renewable Heat Incentive) have changed this and brought solid fuel to the forefront of heating technology. Currently, the UK has less than 400 registered MCS accredited installers and for many companies, entry to the market has not been as straightforward as planned. Whilst we can’t constantly be by your side, we can offer 24 hour telephone support for your site engineers, ensuring that the most common problems are resolved quickly and easily. We also provide commissioning support to help new installers get their first boilers off the ground.

We can assist with quotation and design. We offer a number of courses to ease you on your way, including sales training, technical training, and manufacturer specific courses.

Continued Support

Servicing is an integral part of successful Biomass support. If boilers are neglected they will start to perform poorly and eventually fail. Renove stock common parts in order to fix problems quickly, we also provide engineers for service work should this not be available at the local site.
